• Alarm settings — times, labels, ringtone preferences, snooze duration, and repeat schedules stored locally on your device.
• Zodiac sign — selected in Settings to personalise your daily horoscope.
• Location data — approximate location used solely to fetch local weather information. We do not store or transmit your precise location to our servers.
• Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated data about feature usage to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.

• To provide core alarm functionality.
• To display your daily horoscope based on your selected zodiac sign.
• To retrieve local weather forecasts.
• To verify SKR token holdings via the Solana blockchain for access control.

4. Blockchain Data

When you connect your wallet, your public key is read from the Solana blockchain to verify your SKR token balance. We never request, store, or have access to your private key or seed phrase. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; we are not responsible for the public visibility of on-chain data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Weather API providers — your approximate location to return a forecast. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• Horoscope API providers — only your selected zodiac sign.
• Solana RPC nodes — your wallet public key to read token balances.

6. Data Retention

Alarm settings and preferences are stored locally on your device and remain under your control. We retain anonymised analytics data for up to 12 months. You may delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we process. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device and wallet software up to date.

8. Children’s Privacy

SolRise is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

2. Protected Elements

The following elements are protected under applicable copyright law:

• App source code and software architecture.
• User interface design, layouts, icons, and visual assets.
• AI virtual character illustrations and animations.
• Alarm music tracks and audio recordings branded as SolRise originals.
• All written content including descriptions, onboarding copy, and in-app text.
• The SolRise logo and brand identity.

3. Permitted Use

Users are permitted to use the App solely in accordance with the Software License Agreement. No portion of the App’s content, code, or assets may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from SolRise Team.

4. Third-Party Content

Certain content within the App is sourced from third parties under licence. This includes weather data, horoscope content, and certain stock assets. Such content remains the property of its respective rights holders and is used in compliance with applicable licences.

5. Blockchain & Token Disclosure

The SKR token referenced within the App is used solely as an access mechanism. SolRise Team does not claim copyright over the Solana blockchain protocol or any open-source libraries used in the development of the App. All open-source components are used in compliance with their respective licences.

6. Infringement Notice

If you believe that any content within SolRise infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The location within the App where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Your contact information including name and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SolRise Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SolRise (the “App”) on a Solana-compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Access Requirements

Use of the App requires a minimum balance of 20 SKR tokens in your connected Solana wallet. Access to Premium features requires 199 SKR tokens. These requirements may be updated by SolRise Team at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its connected services.
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SolRise Team and its licensors. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SolRise Team.

The App integrates with third-party services including the Solana blockchain network, weather data providers, and horoscope data providers. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. SolRise Team is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SolRise Team does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolRise Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SolRise (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, our Copyright Notice, and our Software License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SolRise. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

SolRise is a Solana-powered mobile application that provides alarm clock functionality, daily horoscopes, local weather information, and an AI virtual character experience. Access to the App requires holding a minimum balance of SKR tokens in a connected Solana wallet.

4. Usage Rules

When using SolRise, you agree to the following rules:

• Use the App only for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful activity or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App’s systems, servers, or connected services.
• Not transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content through the App.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its infrastructure.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Wallet Connection & Token Requirements

The App requires you to connect a Solana-compatible wallet and maintain a minimum balance of 20 SKR tokens for basic access (199 SKR for Premium features). You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases.
• Ensuring your wallet is compatible with the Solana network.
• Maintaining the required token balance for continued access.
• Any transactions or interactions you initiate through your connected wallet.

SolRise will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Never share these with anyone.

6. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Risk Disclaimer

• Volatility risk. The value of SKR tokens and other digital assets can fluctuate significantly. Token values may decrease substantially or become worthless. SolRise Team is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from token price changes.
• Blockchain risk. The Solana blockchain may experience network congestion, downtime, forks, or other disruptions that could affect your ability to access the App or your tokens. SolRise Team has no control over the Solana network.
• Wallet security risk. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. Lost private keys or seed phrases cannot be recovered by SolRise Team or any third party. Compromised wallets may result in permanent loss of funds.
• Smart contract risk. Interactions with blockchain-based protocols carry inherent risks, including potential bugs, exploits, or unexpected behaviour in smart contracts.
• Regulatory risk. The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is evolving. Changes in laws or regulations may affect the availability of the App or the legality of token usage in your jurisdiction.
• No investment advice. Nothing in this App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The SKR token is used solely as an access mechanism and should not be considered an investment. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
• Irreversible transactions. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Sending tokens to incorrect addresses or interacting with malicious contracts may result in permanent loss of assets.

7. Third-Party Services

SolRise integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to the Solana blockchain network, weather data providers, horoscope data providers, and RPC node operators. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SolRise Team is not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party data or services.
• Any actions taken by third-party service providers.
• Content or policies of any linked or integrated third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolRise Team expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be available at all times, will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolRise Team, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Loss of cryptocurrency, tokens, or digital assets.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or wallet.
• Any interruption of service or inability to access the App.
• Any conduct or content of third parties in connection with the App.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolRise Team and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
